We ship all our orders using a tracked service. You will be notified by e-mail once your order has shipped.​

Shipping costs depends on parcel weight, starting from HK$30 to HK$120. Shipping time is 8-12 days.

SINGAPORE

​

Shipping is FREE for orders over $20, otherwise a $5 shipping fee will apply.

Shipping time is 2-3 days.

MALAYSIA

​

A flat rate of $10 (SGD) will apply to all orders.

Shipping time is 5-10 days.

 

INTERNATIONAL

If you would like to place an order and are based outside of these countries, please send us a message for the shipping options.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

​

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of reception date. The kits must be in their original condition.

​

To make a return or an exchange, please send us an e-mail at hello@knittingroomhk.com. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend to use a tracking number when sending returns, to avoid any issues due to lost packages.

If your kit is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, item reference and nature of the fault.
