We dispatch all your orders within 48 hours, except on Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays. All orders come with a tracking number.
Please make sure the shipping address provided is full and contains unit number, block, street name and number, postcode. For orders that will be returned to us due to a wrong or incomplete shipping address provided, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded. You can contact us to amend your shipping address anytime before the order is dispatched. Please note that SF Express centre or locker addresses are not accepted.
HONG KONG ORDERS (2-3 WORKING DAYS FROM DISPATCH): FREE SHIPPING
We ship all our orders using Hong Kong Post. If you are not at home during the time of delivery, you will receive an SMS notification to collect your parcel at your nearest post office.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (3-12 WORKING DAYS FROM DISPATCH)

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
If you ever change your mind, we accept returns within 15 days of your order's reception date. The kits must be unopened, unused and undamaged.
To make a return or an exchange, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage of returns. We advise to use a tracking number when sending returns, to avoid any issues due to lost packages.
